The ideal solution for heating 200-220 litre metal drums

The flexible heating belt is the ideal solution for heating products packaged in 200-220-litre metal drums. Three belts can be placed around the drum to heat the contents more quickly and achieve higher temperatures.

The silicone side element reduces the viscosity of materials such as soap, fats, food products, varnishes and chemicals, while allowing them to be drained easily.

Heat diffusion prevents the formation of hot spots, preventing damage to more sensitive products such as sugar and glucose. A simple hook-and-spring fastener makes installation quick and easy.

It is advisable to disconnect the belt when the drum is empty or being filled.
We recommend handling the unit in a dry environment.
