30 days to change your mind

In accordance with Hamon law *, you benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days to return one or more products that would not satisfy you. extends this period up to 30 days.

* In accordance with law (article L121- 20 of the Consumer Code), buyers from the European Union have a period of 14 days, from the receipt of their product (s), to exercise their right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal allows you to return one or more products that you would not be satisfied with, without having to justify your decision.

Return / withdrawal conditions

  • The costs of returning the products are your responsibility (except error on our part on your order).
  • The period of 30 days runs from the receipt of the products.
  • The products must be returned in a completely new and complete condition (instructions, accessories), returned in their original packaging.
  • Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged in conditions beyond its simple opening will not be returned or refunded.


    To return the goods to us, within thirty days, you must:

    • Access your customer account
    • Click on the tab "Order history and details"
    • Select the order reference then click on "Details"
    • Select the product(s) you want to return by checking the box next to their name(s)
    • Specify a reason for return (optional)
    • Click on the "Return a product" button
    • Print your invoice
    • Return the products (along with your invoice) to the following address:

    After acceptance and receipt of the returned material, will send you a refund, within 14 days, corresponding to the value of the returned products (the shipping costs are not reimbursed), using the same means of payment as at your order. It is nevertheless possible to make the reimbursement with another means of payment, provided that you have obtained your agreement and without incurring additional costs.

    • Products returned and validated by our services are only reimbursed,
    • If you want to receive another product, you will need to place a new order on our online store.
