This 300-watt heating blanket can be used to heat or maintain the temperature of a 25-30 litre drum. It is suitable for both metal and plastic drums.

Applications

Designed with chemical splash-resistant glass cloth, the 300 Watt heating blanket for 25-30 L drums is ideal for applications requiring slightly faster heating than the 200 W heating blanket (ref. 070254). Its inner layer is more effective at withstanding the chemicals and temperatures that can normally affect nylon. It can reach high temperatures (between 60°C and 90°C).

Materials used

The cover has been designed according to standard "double insulation" principles. The interior is insulated with very high-density fibreglass, and the heating element is insulated with a layer of glass cloth that can withstand temperatures of up to 500°C. The flexible heating elements are made of braided wire insulated with a silicone coating (resistance). The blankets are designed so that the heat is evenly distributed over the entire surface.
